2018 Report

How many times have you visited an arts and cultural facility in the past year?

While Union Station was the cultural amenity most often visited by residents, the Kansas City Public Library and Mid-Continent Public Library were more likely to have repeat visitors. About 80 percent those who visited these libraries visited more than once, compared to about 70 percent of those who visited Union Station. A little more than half of those visiting the Linda Hall Library, the Zoo and Starlight Theater visited more than once, while just under half of those visiting the Kauffman Center, the Nelson, and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum visited more than once.

(Caution: The sample for this question is limited to only those who visited an amenity. When the number of responses is fewer than 20, the tabulations may become unreliable.)
