Arts and Culture in KC: Which amenities have you visited in the past year?

Of the 10 region-serving arts and cultural amenities surveyed, Union Station was visited most by area adults, with about half attending in the last year. It was followed by the Kansas City Public Library, the Nelson Atkins Museum and the Kansas City Zoo. Union Station and the Zoo are most likely to be visited by residents in age groups where they are likely to have children, while the Library, the Nelson and the Kauffman Center were more likely to be visited by young adults. Educational attainment seems more positively associated with attendance at many arts and cultural facilities than income.
